Archana is a post graduate in English literature and completed her PGDBM (HR & Marketing).

She has a total experience of 14+ years across verticals, but her heart lies in Training, Mentoring and Coaching.

A certified story teller and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) master coach. This knowledge she incorporates in her corporate training programmes. She is also a certified story teller from International Storytelling Center, Tennessee, USA.

She is a proficient training designer, trainer and counsellor on subjects as life skills, behavioural transformation, goal setting, decision making, storytelling, leadership and team building to mention a few.

She was a part of a skill university where she handled projects in collaboration with NSDC along with CSR initiatives. She also handled projects of US consulate on skilling. Other than this she was also providing training/coaching to Corporates as well as Graduate/ Post Graduate students on Personality development, English Language, Professional success, and Career planning.
She is also contributing to the society by being volunteer with an NGO called GOONG, she has been associated with them for the last 10 years. She also used to run a collection Centre for them.
